Better Off Gone is my debut album, and it was the first time I ever attempted a project of this size. It would not have been possible without my incredible band and family supporting me.

The album explores themes of youthful inexperience, growth, and what really matters when people leave your life. I wrote the songs over the course of my sophomore year, and started rehearsals with my band the summer after. It was recorded over a 9-day session at Cue Recording Studios in Northern Virginia in August of 2024. Shortly after recording ended on the album, I went to study abroad in London, which is where all the album art was created.

 

This album marked a huge milestone in my life, and I am so grateful for the experience I had while making it.
